My name is Adrienn Deak-Estevez.

I am a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I lead unique total body workouts, that draw from my versatile knowledge and diverse movement experience, while staying safe, motivating, challenging and most of all FUN!

Originally from Hungary, I started my movement studies at the Hungarian Dance Academy where I learned discipline and body awareness at a very young age. At age 20, I completed my first group exercise instructor training at the Hungarian University of Physical Education while I was on tour with a famous Hungarian Pop group as a background dancer. In 2002, I started my own dance workshop in Budapest.

After moving to New York City in 2003 I started to extend my studies in Fitness, completed numerous nationally recognized certifications and started working as a Fitness Trainer and a Group Exercise instructor.

In 2019, at the age of 38, I had to undergo a full hip replacement on my right hip due to hip dysplasia and in 2020 on my left hip. My recovery made my awareness of my body even more profound and the understanding of how mental health associated with physical well being even deeper.

My goal is to get everyone to exercise safely and regularly because I know, now more than ever, the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul. As a wife and a mother of 2 young children, I found that mental and physical fitness is essential to a well balanced, happy life.

Adrienn is a wonderful instructor! I have been taking her classes for several years and always plan out my week ahead so that I can catch her classes. She provides a full-body workout during each class ( maximizing every minute) and changes up the routine/work outs every time so it’s always fresh and different. She is great at providing modifications to each workout ( whether you have an injury, pregnant, etc. ) so that you can choose the form and/or weights that works best for you. Adrienn has incredible energy and is very personable too. I always leave her classes happy and exhausted.

Every class Adrienn teaches, she takes you on a fitness journey with precise instruction, meticulous attention to form and a workout that works you head to toe.
